    How to use

    • When your bath is halfway full, add three generous handfuls of Slow Down Bath Soak. 
    • Stir the bathwater and breathe in the aromatherapy blend as the oils warm up. 
    • Mix a teaspoon of De-Stress Face Mask powder with 2-3 drops of warm water and mix to make a creamy paste.
    • TOP TIP: Add honey or yoghurt to your mask for an extra-nourishing treat. 
    • Massage onto your skin using gentle, circular movements. 
    • Massage some Calm Balm into your wrists and temples.
