We get it. It's a big step. Going 100% natural with your skincare. That's a big commitment. But the good news is you don't need to go all in to see the benefits. Your skin is just like every other part of your body - it can only cope with so much and then it needs a break.


So just like you regularly detox your diet or have some time off the booze to give your liver a rest, once in a while why don't you give your skin a day off?


Just one day a week, give your skin a day off from active chemicals. Give it the chance to recover from the weekly build-up of pollution, stress, makeup and the crazy British weather.
Make a day of it. Take some time for yourself. Go for a run, have a fresh juice and spend your Sunday pampering your skin so its ready to start the week glowing! 

Here’s our recipe for a perfect Sunday detox.
STEP 1: Cleanse & Steam

MORNING | Cleanse & Steam

Wake up slowly and have a warm lemon and water to start your detox. Pop your favourite playlist on Spotify then go for a run to get your circulation pumping. Jump in the shower and then its time for step 1 of your S&T skin detox:

Our reviving STEAM CLEAN hot cloth cleanser. The antibacterial blend of Spearmint, Eucalyptus, Borage & Thistle oils will balance your skins' sebum levels whilst reducing breakouts. 

You just massage a small amount onto dry skin in circular motions, rinse the cloth under warm water and hold it over your face. The heat of the warm cloth releases the therapeutic plant oils whilst opening your pores, helping to draw out impurities whilst gently balancing the skin without stripping it of its natural sebum.

Take your time. Breathe in the refreshing minty aroma, clearing your mind. Finally remove the cleanser with your cloth, leaving your skin balanced & refreshed for the day ahead.

AFTERNOON | Make a Detox Mask

After lunch why not get some friends or family over and give yourselves a much needed 30 minute pamper session with our powerful, blemish busting DETOX MASK.

Our unique powdered mask is both deeply detoxifying & clarifying. A blend of French green clay, matcha tea, lemon & basil will soothe blemishes and rejuvenate dull and tired skin. Pop a couple of teaspoons of the powder into a small bowl and add some water and mix into a paste consistency. If you need an extra hydration boost then add a teaspoon of honey or yoghurt to the mask.

Once applied,  pop your feet up, have a natter and watch your favourite episode of Friends whilst it dries… (in about 15mins). Remove the mask with a warm cloth leaving your skin bright, detoxified and positively glowing!


EVENING | Purify & Moisturise

Finally we need to get your skin prepped for the week ahead by applying some of our purifying and blemish busting DETOX BEAUTY OIL. A powerful antibacterial blend of watermelon seed oil, black cumin oil, jojoba wax, bergamot & petitgrain to reduce bacterial growth, balance sebum levels and control breakouts.

Simply apply a couple of drops either on its own or as a detoxifying boost to your night cream. Press and massage into clean skin before bed. Give it a few minutes to sink in. It will revive tired, dull skin and leave it feeling balanced and healthy. The light bergamot citrus scent will remind you that summer is on its way!
