Covid-19 update

We are closely following all Government advice and we have put in place a number of measures so we can continue to provide moments of calm to our customers, as long as it remains permitted and safe to do so. We have implemented social distancing guidelines within our warehouse, to keep our staff safe, and your orders out for delivery.

Due to these adaptations, you might experience a slight delay on your order. Please bear with us, we and our courier partners are working really hard on getting your delivery shipped!

You will receive an email, as per normal, when we have dispatched your order which will contain your order’s tracking information.

How are my products being shipped?

We ship using Royal Mail and offer free standard shipping (3-4 days) on all UK orders over £25. Orders under £25, we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, costing £2.75, (3-4 days). If you would like next day delivery, you can opt for express shipping at checkout, and we will send your order that same day via DHL. Please place your order before 4pm London GMT to ensure same day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut off time may not be shipped until the next working day. Express shipping for UK addresses costs £7.


How will I know once you’ve sent my products?

We’ll send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment has been received. We’ll then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us straight away via our Customer Support section on our website. You can track the progress of your order from your shipment confirmation email.


What do I do if my products haven’t arrived and I’ve been waiting for ages?

We’re so sorry you are still waiting for your products! If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us straight away via the ‘Contact Us’ section on our website. We will do our best to locate them, and if we are unable to for any reason, we will reship your order immediately.
